elopements

why an elopement?

The intimacy of an elopement is unlike anything I’ve witnessed. Whether it’s just two people, or two people surrounded by their closest family and friends, there is a closeness like no other. While many choose to participate in a traditional wedding (even us!), an elopement allows for less stress, less chaos, and more alone time. I tell people regularly, during our wedding, we spent the majority of the time hugging and thanking guests and standing alongside them for a photo. While we are SO grateful for everyone that honored us by coming to our wedding, Paul and I did not have much time to really soak in the moment as new husband and wife. We honestly didn’t even talk much to one another until the wedding was over. Because of this, I became a huge advocate of elopements.

Some clients choose to elope just the two of them and us.

Some choose to elope with their closest relatives and friends and us.

Either way, the small gathering will allow for plenty of time to enjoy the moment and relax as newlyweds.

There is no worrying about a guest list or seating assignments. No feeling necessary to please the guests. No playlists, catering, or added tasks. Most important, there is endless time to take photos in beautiful locations that you have chosen as your desired destination.

Elopements are beautiful and I absolutely love being alongside clients, no matter the distance, when they choose to elope!

Pricing for elopements vary — couples can expect an estimated investment of $3,000-$4,400 for elopement photography and videography.
